I need to get one of these on order before the thing stops working completely

It suppose to be a four more letters after "F". Also, pros recommended to replace the main control board to if there is something wrong with the evaporator fan motor. Gene.

I will have to get the model number of the motor from the motor itself, I believe the evaporator motor is mounted inside the compressor compartment, accessed from the rear of the refrigerator, is this correct? I have the model number for the controller card.
