The procedure basically is : ***Unplug the power cord or turn OFF the breakers *** Remove or raise the top ( open the door, there may be screws holding the top down to the front panel, no screws indicate the top is held in place by spring clips, one on each end of the top, you'll need to press in on the clips with a putty knife or something similar) The front panel Loosen(don't remove) the 2 screws holding the front panel to the cabinet frame on the bottom kick plate area. Remove the 2 screws on the inside of the cabinet holding the upper area of the front panel to the cabinet flange, also disconnect the door switch or door switch harness, lean the front panel forward and lift the panel off the lower screws, the drum will disengage from the felt seal and glides attached to the front panel interior. You will be able to install the belt between the drum and base from there. Reverse to the procedure, after the belt is installed and test the dryer. Good Luck, :) :) :)
