Using a small flat screw driver, accurately remove the front panel. Behind this panel should be a few screws.

Trying to get the cover off of the ice dispenser to replaced the water dispenser switch. The cover seems glue in. Any easy suggestions for removal without breaking the plastic cover?
Thanks!

Check for two screws on the bottom of the frame.

Haven't quite figured out how we got the cover off. Yay! :D Now we can't figure out how to get it back on.
There are three tabs at the top and then two screws on the bottom. Any advice?
Thank!

Gene, Here is what we have tried so far...and DO we ever appreciate all the advice (Yay!):
Tried to reverse the removal process (which was a fluke) by snapping the top part of the dispenser cover into the appropriate slots, but the three clips will not slide under the plastic door cover. Husband cracked the far left clip after applying FORCEFUL pressure, hoping a harder push would work. But I can live with two clips :D if the other two would cooperate.
Used a putty knife to slightly lift the edge of freezer door cover (right above the dispenser) hoping remaining clips would snap in with a little nudge, but nothing.
Currently have the dispenser cover covering the dispensing unit via masking tape. LOL It will have to do until husband comes up with an option that does not include completely remove the freezer door cover (eek!).
Suggestions?

OK Sorry for the delay. The gate parts look ok. I don't know how to check the electronic parts.
