I have taken the old auger motor (pn 2198594) out,
as shown in the video at

but I am not 100% sure that it is bad.
Should I be able to turn the motor manually using the shaft and some pliers?
This old one does not budge.
I'm hoping that that means it is bad (i.e., "froze up" ;-)

The answer is "No".
The shaft does not turn manually, but only under power.
