Ice machine will not work I put the lever down and it will not eject the ice, the ice is frozen and 8-9 hours have gone by but will not come out into bin- everything else works fine - the water and the ice coming out into your glass part works great- thank you in advance for any advice

Hello. Remove the cover form the icemaker and use an insulated jumper wire. There are two hole one labled T and the other H. Insert the wire into those holes and see if the icemaker cycles. If not, you will need to replace the icemaker. Hope this helps. Part number: AP2984633

Hello. Yes, but make sure the wire is insulated, and once the wheel turns about ¼ way around, remove the jumper wire. Hope this helps.
