Hi
The dryers control panel will not light up at all. There is power BC the light is on when the door opens. The control board part number is 8559431. But the site says this part is not compatible with my model?

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Please check it.

When it come to parts it is often best to talk to the parts reps at AppliancePartsPros as they have more info and expertise than me. See the attachment for the tech sheet. I would check for 120 volts at the board (P1-5 to P1-3) before replacing the board. Just because the light goes on does not mean that the normally open contacts in the door switch are actually closing when the door closes. |
