clothes wil not dry completely. have to run them through two cycles before they dry. HELP

If the dryer is working properly the major reason for long drying times is obstructed venting. You need to clean out the vent from the dryer to the outside, and also open up the dryer and clean out the internal venting, particularly around the blower. While doing that make certain the blower is attached correctly and operating a full speed.
