Upon Starting It Sounds As If Belt Is Slipping And Then Gets Extremely Noisy Almost Like A Belt Tensioner On A Car

It is very hard for us to diagnose noise because we are not there to hear it and pinpoint a location.
I would change out the belt, tensioner pulley parts and the rollers. A good chance this will fix it, but even if it does not this is good maintenance and will make your dryer last longer.
