Hi, The washer doesnt agitate with a full load. I took the washer apart and can't see anything obviously wrong. If there is a small load the lower part agitates just fine but with a full load the top agiatator doesn't move at all. It seems as though something is stripped out but like I said nothing is obviously. Looking at this diagram what part powers the top agitator Model LA7680XTW0 thanks for the help

You need to replace the agitator DAWGS in the agitator!!! Parts are cheap and its a 10min. job!!!!:) #5 in the parts book!!!

thank for the tip. I took them all out and looked them over and wasn't sure if they were fine or needed to be replaced. I'll give it a shot
