Front load washer does not agitate or spin. Runs through cycle fine except for this.
History:
Just over a year ago a shock broke, destroyed motor and control board. Replaced both shocks, motor and control board.

About 6 weeks ago one of the upper springs snapped, breaking lower shock.
Replaced both shocks, and both springs. Now washer will not agitate or spin. No movement at all. Belt is good, all connections seem tight. Drain pump is clean and clear. Tested using diagnostic chart from the frigidaire manual. All tested correctly until the last step. Reading was 0 between Pin 5 of six pin plug and pin 6 of the 10 pin plug indicating timer. Replaced timer, no change. Went through diagnostic again. This time got 120 between pin 5 and pins 2, 6, & 10 but under 50 between pin 5 and pins 1 & 9 indicating control board. Does it make sense for the board to check out fine the first time and register bad the second time?
