My washing machine will not agitate or spin. The motor makes regular noises, no clunking or slipping sounds. The led light is not on. I already replaced the fuse link and no led light. I also replaced the lid switch in case it is not working. I also checked the motor to see if it is moving both ways and it is, there is no excess oil, the belt is in place and in good condition. Machine will fill up, wait for the normal cycle and drain, but no agitating or spinning. Does anyone have any other suggestions about what else to check...

Have the exact same problem. Have you checked the plastic yellow coupler underneath the plastic agitator(top inside )?
