The washer fills, drains and spins however it does not agitate during wash cycle. It looks like it's trying to catch however does not actually agitate. The drive belt is like new and the motor seems to work fine. Any help would be appreciated.

From what you have said it sounds like the motor is operating, but check it out by taking off the front panel. You can do this by inserting a screw driver in the gap between the top and front near the edge to release clips that hold the front panel on. Operate the the machine with the panel off and if the motor and pulley are turning ok, try changing out the agitator coupling, this part here. You get to it by pulliing off the agitator, but be careful, it can suddenly come lose and smack you in the face. Part number: AP3964635
