Right side top element not heating. Looking to download service manual which I'm missing. Thanks
Any idea what to check since using 2 seperate switches to heat the rear and front two different areas of the common element, I thought they should be ok?

Since I'm troubleshooting this remotely for a friend (who can't find the breaker/thermal cutout) could you please tell me how to get access to these? I see per the parts diagram there are some breakers in the body area.

I have the reverse of this problem. Yesterday my jenn air cooktop on the rightside would light both burners when the smaller (at rear) was turned on. The larger burner worked fine. Could this be the same issue? I didn't have time to switch my burner slide in's to see if the problem moved sides, but I will today.

In order to provide most accurate advice we need the complete model number of the unit. Gene.
