I need to locate an exploded diagram and instructions to open the cabinet to clean lint from the inside of the dryer. Can anyone help?

I'm not familiar with this model. Maybe someone else on the forum can help you better.

Hi: I have the FD 8410 so it's probably similar.
1) disconnect the power 2) There are about 30 star head screws on the back. Most of them hold the back panel in place. However there are four or five that do not. You can tell them apart because the metal sections they hol appear to be underneath the main panel.
3) You may have to remove the cover over the electrical connection to remove the panel.
4) Remove the screws and electrical conenction cover.
5)There are two screws near the top of the back edge that hold the top on.
6) Remove those two and raise the lid ... about 2/3 of lid will come off .
7) Remove back panel and you can access most of the dust surfaces
