My dryer wouldn't run the other day.I pushed the start button and thought I heard something and that was all. I ordered a new start switch but that didn't solve it.The door switch sounds fine(clicks when pushed down) I watched the video for the thermal fuse;he said the dryer would still run.I read a post on here that said it might not run.what would be my next step. The dryer is in a tight spot so it won't be easy to get inside to the door switch.
Thank-you
Dan

The dryer will not run if the thermal fuse is bad. Check continuity on that and on the door switch. The dryer has a thermal fuse and a thermal cutoff. The thermal fuse is in the motor circuit, thermal cutoff is in the heater circuit.
