Ice maker overflowing water when it's in the process of filling for next ice batch. Water overflows then seizes. it does it every time it makes the ice. it fills up to make the ice then it overflows, then it stops, makes the ice, then it fills up to make the ice for the next batch and then the cycle starts all over. Can I repair this myself? What parts do I need, and is there instructions for this.

If it's overflowing then the problem is a bad water inlet valve. If the ice maker itself is leaking water, then the ice maker has to be replaced. - The water inlet valve Part number: 241803701
