need help. Have replced the ice maker,filter and inlet valve. flushed system by water flowing from door dispencer. Hand filled new ice maker with approx. 8 oz of water -it froze but will not dump. Same as before the new parts were installed. I was told that this 7 yr old refrig. had a pc board that could be defective. What do I do now?? Whirlpool side by side model# gs6shaxlb03 made in 2003/ 7 yrs old. I thought of removing the new ice maker-thawing it out,then re-install it to see if it would refill itself. what do I do next????:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

You probably have bad optics boards behind the freezer liner. You will need a meter to test things to confirm bad optics.
