So this what is going on it is not cooling at all I checked it out by the steps in the how to sections put in new temp control put in new defrost temp put in new defrost switch It still does no cool Compressor is running low side 30psi High side 150psi compressure is luke warm to the touch
Now I'm lost Help

I hate to say but if it has 30 psi on the low side the compressor is bad. If it were low on gas or restricted it would be in a vacuum (below 0 psi). Now I'm lost Help OK The compressor and fans all run The pressure 30psi low/150psi high with fridge Off The pressure-17psi Low/165psi high with fridge running

Ok, that makes more sense its either low on gas or the capillary tube is stopped up. On some of those old models it was very common for the capillary tube to stop up and the compressor had to be replace to fix it. It is very hard to tell if its low on gas or the cap tube is stopped up. Note that if it’s low on gas you need to find and repair the leak or it will just be a temporary repair job. The low side pressure with the compressor running should be like 0-5 psi.

Ok so basiclly Ive got to get it a shot of freon to see if that helps or have system broke down replace the thing that looks like a cigar case
This has turned into a project for me now to learn a little something new The wife fixed her refigerator problem with a new one
