w2002s,
Check if there is 120VAC between the red wire (R-1 on the wiring diagram) at the control board and ground. If the reading is wrong then one of two 120VAC legs to the oven is missing. It could be the circuit breaker or a broken wire.

w2002s,
There is proper power to everything in the oven, according to your reports. You just replaced the EOC.
The oven is still not working with unknown error code -1- which I never heard for all my life. Double check all electrical connections and components and if there is nothing wrong, call a certified technician.
Gene.

Hi Monk, Most likely the problem is a bad touch pad. - The part number for the control panel is AP304866 Here are the break down diagrams for the Crosley range Model CG3478XRWGene.

The "F2" error code means "temperature runaway detected by the control".
For which oven, upper or lower, the error code was shown?
In which mode: time of the day, cooking or self cleaning the error code was shown?
Gene.
