My washer was reading out sud, then f35. I asked about this and was told by you folks that I needed a W10415587 water level switch. I ordered and received the switch and installed it. The unit now reads sud then f21, but never started to fill. The timer worked it's way down to 45 min and never started to fill. Before, if the timer got down to 48 min it would run through the cycle as normal. It would say sud and run through that cycle and at 49 min would read f35 or run normally. The part I was sent is a replacement for the origional and doesn't have metal contacts on the bottom where it plugs in. Where do I go from here?
