I have a Kenmore washer Elite series # 110.15962400. Is the top agitator supposed to lift off the bottom one by several inches ? i Know my dogs are shot but do i need to replace the cams too if so are they on this model long medium or short? Also sometimes the washer will not spin out the water completely when it has a full load of cloths but will spin fine with a smaller load . The tub seams balanced but will tip manually quite a bit from side to side but will always return to center. What wqould be the spinning out problem. Thank you for any help i can get

Are you sure about the model number? I can't find any information on it.

No, maybe the bolt that holds the agitator down to the shaft come loose.

Clutch could be slipping.
