Our Sears Kenmore Washing Machine 80 Series has developed a knock on the Rinse and Spin Cycles. We have replaced the motor coupling but it didn't fix the problem. Washer works fine, just loud.

Can you be more specific about when the problem occurs? It sounds like you are saying it does not make the noise in the agitation phase of the wash cycle but does make it in the agitation phase of the rinse cycle? Or is it just when the machine is spinning?

Well if you got more than 10 years use from the machine you did fine. Good luck with your new one and thanks for updating us.
