Washer makes noises while it is washing. The noise only Last for a few minutes then it will stop. Then it will start again. THis goes on through the whole cycles of washing.

It is almost impossible for us to diagnose a noise like you have described, because the main way we would do so is to take off the front of the machine and listen to. By determining its approximate location and the type of noise it is we could then make a semi-intelligent guess.
Anyway, I suggest you check out the pump so see if something is caught in there, and if not try to determine if the noise is from the transmission. That is the likely source, in which case since the machine is operating ok you can wait for it either to go away, which it probably will not, or for a part to fail in which case you can then tell what is wrong.
Sorry not to be more definitive, your problem just does not lend itself to a good diagnosis on a Forum like this.
