From what I can tell, I need a new level switch for my washing machine. My machine over fills on the rinse cycle. Today it overfilled on the first fill cycle. Can you tell me where the level switch is located and where I can get on cheap? I would like to try and fix it myself. Any tips?

Thank you

Use a putty knife and in the front about 2 in from both corners insert it into the crack to release clips that hold top of washer... there is a thin black hose make sure this is connected to the tub in the rear left side.. if is is the water level switch is in the console... part number : AP246906
