The dishes are not clean and the soap dispenser still has soap residue in it after the wash cycle.

Cycle is apparently interrupted as indicated by blinking lights which have to be reset between each wash. When lights are cleared the pump runs for a minute or two and then system is reset before washing another load but, even then, we have the same poor washing results and inadequate soap dispensing.
