Yes this unit is old new stock. It was damaged "Door strike" And put in storage unused.
I replaced the door strike and the drain hose as it was damaged. I have checked all connections and all are clean and seated. I have removed the control PCB and inspected for any damage. (none)
I ran it out side for two cycles with just plain water. Then I tried to start it with detergent added and it only filled 2/3 not enough to trip the float sensor. Then it stopped filling and no change in the LEDs no flashing it was like it thinks it is running but it is not. I pressed the cancel and it ran the pump to empty just fine. I disconnected power for 1 hour to reset and tried again and the same thing filling to 2/3 and stopping.
I am clueless to what is the issue. I jumped the door switch at the risk of getting drenched. I let it start filling then I added water from a bucket until the float sensor was tripped. It cut off the fill valve and gain did nothing. Any thoughts or things to check. Thanks in advance. Any help will greatly improve my wife's temper at the moment.

Well I pulled the main pump motor and pulled the cover off of the motor and did some trouble shooting. First thing I noticed the housing was full of dirt and muck. Cleaned out the muck and check the motor driver PCB and found no signs of physical damage. So I looked on the PCB and back tracked from the power connection and low and behold a thermal fuse. I checked it and it was wide open. I jumped it out to see if it was really bad. Installed it back in the washer and it ran but not good it sputtered and stoped and started. So the lack of airflow over heated the PCB and damaged it.
And these motors are $180.00 so I already spent $100 in a door strike and drain hose. If I return the parts and add $200.00 I could buy a new washer.
Wish I could find a good used motor much cheaper.
