washer tube is banging up and down when spin cycle disengages and brake should be stopping tube. inspected brake parts and clutch parts with no apparent defects. Should the washer drive block be squeezed onto the shaft with spanner nut. As is the drive block, spanner nut and tube all just lift out with the 7/16 bolt removed. Any suggestions!!!!!
