Bought a Whirlpool fridge (gold series) about 13 months ago and it has been great; however the past couple of days things have been a little warm. The temp for the fridge is set at 37 degrees and the freezer is set at 0 degrees. I checked and the inside temp is reading 50 degrees on the top shelf next to the vent and throughout & 38 degrees in the meat drawer. The freezer is reading 5 degrees. There's no blockage of the vents. What could be causing this?

You have posted on the washer page. If you will post on the refrigerator page someone should be able to help you.
If you want to start troubleshooting check the fan and the components that control it. Your refrigeration is fine, the cold air is just not getting into the refrigerator part.
