Hello, I'm having problem with my Whirlpool Estate washer water level not filling up in order for the washer to start spinning. Can you help me out with a solution to the problem.

I'm having a problem with my Whirlpool Estate Washer. I loaded the washer with my clothing and the water level is not rising to where it's suppose to be in order for the washer to start spinning. Do you have a solution to what's causing this problem? Could it be the swith needs replacing or is the washer off balance? I'm in desperate need of anyone's help... Thank u!
