A week ago I purchased this machine. I'm less than happy with the rinse cycle, which contains very little water in the tub. Thus, the rinse cycle doesn't seem to get all of the soap out of the clothes. Is there anyway to increse the water volume so the clothes will be soap free?

The rinse water should fill to the same level as the wash water, and the machine should inject water into the clothes at the beginning of the spin cycle to get out soap.

Sounds like a control or water level switch problem, but it should be under factor warranty so get the repair folks out there to fix it for free. If they can't get them to exchange it and you should be all set.
