Help, I've replaced heating element, thermostat high limit 221 F and thermostat internal-bias and still no heat. Not sure if I tested continuity correctly, it's now reading 0 for the newly replaced parts? What else can be wrong?

Hi Jay
Use your meter to check that you have 120v coming to each side of the connection block.
You should not get a zero reading on continuity checks, make sure you are using the right scale on the ohm meter. Check the thermal fuse, then check all of the other components.
Good luck
