Haven't rec'd answer to "no hot water" qt.
We have switched the hot & cold hoses at the wall. When I push the hot control button, nothing happens. When I push the cold button, the hot water flows into the tub. Does that point to any part that might be broken? I called "parts" and they said there is no longer a "water selection switch" in stock. What do you think the prob. could be?

Hi,

I would check it by testing for voltage at the water inlet valve and/or ohm out the water temp selector switch.
