The ice dispenser door closes real slow once the lever is released. Ice cubes tend to get stuck between the ice door and the chute. Is the door suppose to close at a fst pace? I can hear and whatch it close which takes about 5 or 6 seconds.

It's supposed to have the delay to let the ice clear the chute so the flap won't close on the ice and remain open.
