Part is leaking in center of dishwasher, How do you get this part out. It is a rubber boot that goes to the pump

Hi Danny, You have to pull the dishwasher out of the cabinet. Remove the pump and motor assembly. Remove the lower spray arm assembly and unscrew the pump connect (you called it "rubber boot"). - The part number for the pump connect is AP2039426 Here are the break down diagrams for the GE dishwasher Model GSD4020Z02BBGene. P.S. I never seen this part leaking.
