This can be caused by a failed dispenser module, or by the wash control module WD21X31483 continuously sending voltage when it should not. The dispenser would need to be tested for voltage. If voltage is present, the wash control module would need to be replaced. If no voltage is present during the leaking, the dispenser module would need to be replaced.
