I have replaced the heating element and the thermostat, dryer still will not heat. Vent is clean, will not throw hot air, timer works ok. Not sure where to look next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a electric dryer.

Same voltage at the terminal block(where the power cord attaches to the machine) ? Do you have the wiring diagram ? I don't have one but could probably use or get a generic diagram if necessary. the diagram is usually located in the control panel, or taped to the inside of the top, when you raise it. Good Luck,
