hi i have a kenmore upright freezer that doesnt freeze the compressor is hot and stays on light works in freezer jumped the t stat and still not getting cold m# 25321111103 cannot see any other controls on it like defrost timer it doesnot have any fans either was working fine now no freezing any help please

the freezer shelves are also the evaporator coils. are they all iced up or is there one without frost on it. Or do they all have way too much ice buildup.

I believe you have a compressor problem or no freon. These problems require a qualified tech to service.
