Hi, Steve.
Please describe (no offense) how do you check the voltage at the ignitor.
Simon.

In that case you need to replace the ignitor. If there is 120 VAC at the plug and you put in a good ignitor it should glow!
Simon.

Simon. hi Simon. I just bought it Friday, it arrived Saturday, and I installed it shortly after it arrived. I called back when I realized it still wasn't working.

Ok, well, this issue is resolved! I hope. It appears that the dryer control board had a bad component. Of course, as I am not an electronic circuitry guy, I have no way of repairing it. Grrr! Soldering isn't the issue, it's figuring out which one is bad.

Steve DB I have a similar problem. No heat --the ignitor does not glow --nothing. No gas flow--Fuses all appear to be OK. Gas valve does not open to allow gas to flow . What else can be checked.??? What did you find on your unit that was the problem ? Need help.
