The amp draw is 0.3 on both the orange and the black wire. What should it be? Also Where would I look to see what kind of freon is in the unit?

There is no tag on the compressor. How would I find out what type of freon? I do know they can not be mixed.

The gauge shows 30 psi without compressor running. When it did start the gauge went into the red numbers below 0 on the gauge.

That gauge showed 30 psi without compressor running. When it did start it went into the red negative numbers below the zero. Between 15 and 20 inches of vacuum.
