I have a Kenmore Freezer, Model #253.21041108. I put it into storage for 4 yrs. When I put in storage it worked great. When I took it out of storage, it would not cool. I replaced the defrost thermostat and the temp control. It still does not cool. I can hear the compressor running, but no cooling after running it for a couple hours. I can feel some air movement from the fan, but not very strong. I can hear the compressor running, but no cooling. I can see the fan maybe needing replaced if it is weak as it seems to be. Is it likely to lose its charge from sitting in storage? Sitting in storage is the only event for this freezer for 4 years until it was taken out and plugged in. What is my likely problem? Thanks for any help.

If the compressor is vibrating, but the condenser coils not hot, your system is out of refrigerant. Probably a re-charge would be successful.
