Hi David, Pull the range out of the wall and remove the back cover. Remove the wires from the Bake heating element and check the heating element for continuity. If it's open then replace the Bake heating element. If there is nothing wrong and the wires for this element are good then replace the Electronic Oven Control (aka a clock). - The part number for the Bake element is AP2126365 - The part number for the clock is AP3561834Gene.

I have the same problem with a Kenmore Electric Range model number 911.9398710; serial # 7L70345, it will not heat after going thru the cleaning cycle. What part number(s) do I need?

The broiler does work. There is an ON indicator that comes on when the Broiler is activated that also comes on when the self-cleaning is taking place. That is probably normal. Now that ON light also comes on when I try to turn on the oven, but the oven does not heat.
thanks.

Pull the range out of the wall. Remove the rear cover and check the wires to the Bake heating element. Remove the wires from the Bake element terminals and check the element for continuity. Replace the element if it's open. If the element is good then replace the control board. - The part number for the Bake element is AP2030968 - The part number for the control board is AP2022868Gene.
