still having problems with ice maker.replaced ice maker,water inlet valve,thawed out supply line to ice maker.it is open.have water coming to inlet valve.turned freezer temp down to make sure freezer is cold enough.it has been 8 hours and i still dont have any water in the ice maker tray.any help would be appreciated.thanks..

Try pouring a little water into the ice maker, and see if it drops it. If not replace the motor module. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

thanks tom,i have tried pouring water in the ice maker.it still has not dropped any ice.the ice maker is new.could the ice maker be bad from the factory.thanks billy
