No one seems to be able to work on this unit! I have called three different respected appliance repair companies, and they all said that Whirlpool/KitchenAid won't share information on these units, and so they won't try to repair them.

Anyway, our ice maker stopped making ice. At first, when we opened the door on the ice maker side, things would be wet in the fridge, like the ice maker wasn't cold enough and the water was leaking out or something. Now, it's not wet anymore when we open the door, but still no ice. Water line is not kinked and you can still fill a glass of water from the door just fine. Filter isn't the issue, as I took it out and nothing changed.

Any help at all is welcome. I can get a KitchenAid approved repair person out, but I feel like there has to be some troubleshooting I can do first that might unlock an answer.
