The door on my sub-zero refrigerator doesn't seem to want to close completely. Where it used to take a little effort to pull the door open, it now will almost open itself. The freezer side is fine. Do I need to replace the door seal or could the problem be caused by something else?

Most likely the problem is a bad door closer (on the bottom of the door). You have to call Sub-Zero (888-506-9513) to order the part.
