Oven ignitor wont glow.Replaced with new ignitor.Have voltage at ignitor but won't glow unless I ground wire going from ignitor to oven safety valve.Gas does not turn on. Is this problems with oven safety valve or related wiring? What tests can I perform to determine problem?

Sorry for the delay. Sounds like the problem is a bad gas safety valve. There are four terminals on that valve in your range. One pair is for the Bake and another pair is for the Broil. Locate the pair which is responsible for the Bake. Disconnect the wires from those terminals and check for continuity between terminals. If there is no continuity, replace the gas safety valve. - The gas safety valve Part number: AP2022753
