Refrigerator is too cold. Originally started with just the bottom crisper bin freezing contents but after several attempted repairs, the entire fridge is 25-27 degrees. Temp is verified by a separate thermometer placed on top shelf

Settings: Freezer -6, Fridge - 47 (max settings)

Repairs: New Temp control board - no change. Swapped thermostat with one from another Frigidaire unit - no change. New damper and frig thermostat - whole fridge is now 25-27 degrees. Replaced damper with original one - no change. Replaced freezer thermostat - no change.

The doors close properly and the unit defrosts regularly.

What else could it be?

Has this been repaired yet? If so, what was the final fix? I have exactly the same problem, with even colder temps in the refr section (22 degrees) and my unit is less than 6 months old.

I had another repairman come look at the problem, and he says it is the main power board located underneath the freezer side. I have not yet purchased this part to try to fix it myself, so not sure if this will in fact fix the problem.

Thanks! Repair people came out yesterday, changed out something in/near the control panel (I wasn't home) and when I got home from work today, the control panel read 50 and thermometer inside read 28. Go figure. They are coming out again on Friday, we'll see what happens then... I'll suggest your diag to them and see what happens.

...And after the last repair call, guess what the problem NOW is? The motherboard under the freezer side. On order... we will see if this works.
