The refrigerator portion of my GE tfx28pbbgww is freezing food, even with the temperature setting turned to it's lowest setting. If the fan is running blowing cold air for the freezer it feels like it is blowing it on the fridge side as well.
The freezer portion appears to be melting and refreezing. All of the food has a thin sheet of frost on it and there is an ever increasing ice block at the bottom of the freezer. Daily there is water leaking out onto the floor, though everytime I open the freezer everything appears to be cold. We don't have the ice maker connected to water but do fill the ice tray with bags of ice.
Any idea what could be causing the issue? Thanks Eric

Hi. It sounds like there are several problems. The ice on the bottom of the freezer is related to the clogged and frozen condensation drain under the evaporator coils. You should take the rear cover in the freezer to get there. Clean and melt the ice inside the drain using the hot water, blow dryer and turkey baster. To fix the problem on the refrigerator side you should replace the air damper control Part number: WR09X10002
