My Kitchen Aid KSRA25FKSS00 side-by-side is too cold in the refrigerator. Temperature is 23F in the frig and 2F in the freezer. I ran diagnostics which showed the thermistors were good and the diffuser moved back and forth. I replaced both thermistors and there was no change. I have observed the diffuser is always open when the compressor is running and then closes as soon as the compressor stops. At this point I’m leaning toward replacing the control board. Is there anything else I should look at or test before replacing the control board? Thanks for your help.

So it turns out there's nothing wrong with my frig. It's the lousy Chinese thermometer that's broken. I thought there was a problem with the temperature because oranges in the bottom drawer were frozen. I adjusted the temperature on the bottom drawer and tested with a different thermometer and everything looks good!

When you refer to the thermometer was it the Defrost thermostat in the freezer?
I have the same fridge model but the fridge side is too warm and the over temperarure reset alarm is frequently going off. The diffusser keeps closing. I guess since it thinks the temp is over temp also causing the alarm to go off.
