changed adc and harness ever since freezer 0 degrees fridg stays too colds seems the damper is staying open all the time get down too 28degrees seems the fridg control dont change anything any suggestions

You may have jammed the damper when you replaced the adaptive defrost control, just check, either that or you have a bad refrigerator control. You can also temporarily jam the damper door half way open till you get new parts. This will raise the fridg section temperature
