Our washing machine is leaking water on the floor. It seems to be coming from the center of the machine. Do you have any suggestions, manuals, or tech sheets? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, after breaking down the diagram, we found there is a 1-1/2" crack in the outer drum. Do you know if we can epoxy this, or do we have to purchase a new drum?

I would try to epoxy the tub first. You can replace it, but if the epoxy holds, it may buy you some time.

Thanks, I appreciate all your help! Especially because the machine is only 3 years old. I can't imagine how the tub got a crack in it. ???

If you have the original paperwork, you may want to check to see if the tub is still under warranty.

We were able to exposy the outer drum and have run several loads through with no leaks. We will keep a close eye on it. Now, it seems like the clothes are more wet after the spin cycle. Did we re-assemble something wrong?
